Rudedog could probably have a better answer than I, but I don't think DELL is capable of running the Olympics. Compaq might have some major problems as well. I remember reading several years back the networking complexity of the IBM setup.

Pat,
My first thought when I heard that IBM was dropping their Olympics sponsorship was that Dell ought to take their place. My second thought was that the expense might not be justified, after all IBM decided it wasn't cost effective. It would be great for building brand awareness for Dell but would it pay in terms of revenue?
