I think you were right originally. The "Islamic" jihad is Iranian. This jihad is supposedly Egyptian. I don't know if the difference between the two is discernable except for name. Would a jihad by any other name smell as sweet?
I guess there's more than one way to drive up the price of oil! Kill a few people and/or rattle your weapons of mass destruction all in the same day!

Rd; RE> I made a mistake earlier calling the Islamic Jihad Iranian. This Jihad is apparently Egyptian. <<
If I'm not mistaken ,
the Jihad's in Islam are those fundamental's that hold to the
Idea that there is such a thing as a "Holy War", religious
warriors so to speak, and I don't think nationality separates
them in that respect.

The Bombings of those Embassies make me so damm mad I don't want
to talk about it yet.
I might have a lot to say about my Government that's not so hot,
but I'm an American and feel I have to right to do that,
however outsiders doing it , and in such a way pisses
me off real bad.
If I were Prez and found out some country sponsored it there
would be hell to pay. If that Kadafi or who ever; thought Regan
was bad, he better be glad I wasn't the President.

there is the warning shot, and I've worked in the
oil field over 20 yrs.

You better "KNOW" the company and the people in it personally,
if your playing these things. Forget the PR and Analcyst,
and stuff you read on the net or hear on CNBC.
Long term you know XON and such will be around, but
don't count on many of these service companies
to survive a serious down turn, by the time you hear
they are in trouble it's too late.

Richard, hello.

Well.....That's "Dr." Mark to us mortals, and he does tend to run on sometimes. All I can say is, his Developing Markets Trust, specializing in Asia, hasn't done jack sh*t in about 5 years except track a level line while the rest of the world makes 20%. Where were the predicitons before the fact? Somehow this guy gets great press without spending much time on his track records, happiness and prosperity is always "just around the corner."

On the other hand, if anyone should know what bottom looks like, it's him.

Just what I learned being bounced from my mother's knee, and other low joints.
