Marcos, john is not on holiday, he is working his hiney off in Las Vegas selling wares. He is one hard working dude. He is also a passionate dude, not afraid to express his emotions. We can thank Antares (gag, puke) for being another company encouraging a whole new class of internet litigators, just what the world needs, more meaningless lawsuits. For Antares, since they monitor the thread: john never said there were offshore accounts as a fact, he was speculating. It also seems that a lot of Antares shareholders are wondering where the money went ? If you are drilling it away than substantiate your claim. Alleged nepotism, lack of company communications, Antares share value dropping like a rock,... Antares management had some queries to respond to. Instead they go after an angry, suspicious, frustrated, sometimes politically incorrect shareholder. Real poor move, IMO, a half slick company would not behave in this manner, they would not respond or prove the poster a fool. IN MY OPINION ONLY, Antares Doth Protest Too Much to john's angry queries and speculations. Good luck Antares, you are going to need it. Attorney might does not make right in this situation. You say libel, I say free speech. Glad I live in the United States of America, the land of the free and the home of the brave. I am a first amendment believer.
