Brian,

Every "analyst" I hear these days keeps recommending the same "big" stocks and only the big stocks. It's the same old stuff: MSFT, CSCO, HD, IBM, the big banks and big pharmaceuticals...I don't think they have a clue as to what great relative values are available in the beaten down smaller techs. We have to remember that it's in their best interests to peddle the same big names because that's all they have bought in fruitless attempts to keep up with the S&P. But there comes a time when those stocks reach such lofty value levels on a forward basis that it defies all common sense to keep throwing money at them. I hope you are right and that the average investor is beginning to look elsewhere for investment opportunities.
regards

Brian,

AMAT's CMP is killing SFAM and IPEC.

Brian, I hope there will be a rotation to undervalued stocks, because
I own a few of them. And I agree with you that only some tech stocks are undervalued.

I'm skeptical, though. Logic may not prevail.
