Tom, I take you at your word. Here's what I think happens and is something that could be fixed with a little bit different type of wording. These boards are full of people that cruise from topic to topic looking for a news play. They don't know you or me or anything about this company or its history. They are just looking for a play.

Word gets out that "echo" is an insider at the company on that TMMI thread in the Five Dollars and Under section and he posted today that there would be news out next week and all the shareholders will be very happy. BOOM, they nail it for a block at the ask looking for the pop on Monday. You think they will be very happy because you feel good about the progress that the news represents, but in dollar value and share price the player is disappointed. He ain't going to get his pop.

Then there's the rest of us that have been here a long time and do know the story but still may not understand the difference between the kind of news you are proud to put out and the kind of news that we are hoping to hear. Two different perspectives. It's just a difference in what makes us happy. To know that you don't actually own shares in the company does shed a new light on these differences. I hope some day that you will own shares.

The cure I think would be to tell us flat out, if you tell us anything at all, that there may be news but it's nothing particularly spectacular, it's just news. Anyone that buys stock on a statement like that has no excuses. You get to communicate with the shareholders which calms our nerves and satisfies your desire to keep us informed when we get restless. Then hopefully someday we will be surprised. That's what I think, anyway.

Were you serious about that thing with Berkshire Hathaway?

hahaha

Tom, what will Dr. Jenkin's official title be at TMM? Will he be on the Board of Directors?

Thanks,
Bruce

Tom,

How much would a shareholder meeting cost? Approximately?

Also, I read your earlier post, and thought you had shares, but had to put them up against something or other? Confused on that issue.

Thanks again Tom for coming on SI

Jon
