Pride: RE: <Open Monologue by Brinker>

Summarized in Truman's post linked below made fun of Ralphie "Flip Flop" Acampora - King of The Bears (and I don't mean Chicago Bears).

Message 5448138

Also key was his layout of the market scenario from here which is as follows:

Dow 8362 -8487 represents a "benchmark low" . Below 8650 we are in a BUYING OPPORTUNITY when you can lump sum into the US market on weakness..

During month of August, expect a rally and then some "bouncing" and "testing" of the benchmark lows above.

After this period, when a test of the benchmark lows occurs on low volume, expect the market to rally to new highs during the fall season - min DOW 9500.

Brinker stated that Acampora may have succeeded in calling a Bear Market at the LOW, just like her ladyship Elaine did two years ago at DOW 5351 -pretty hard to do, even when you're trying to be incompetant :-)

OFF Topic, who's pitching for the Sox tomorrow ?
It's OK if you don't know :-)) I heard that call from Texas :-))
