They just relaesed 80 million shares for a stock option plan for employee's and others. The reason for this was to be able to sign on quality help and exspand there markets by allowing others to be a part of the company. To do a RS in the near future would not only piss off us investors but also New employees and new business contacts. My veiw is that we need not worry until stock is in the .30 to .50 cent range, Buy then I will have free shares and a handsome profit to boot.

Rosario, There are no rumors about a RS. There's a description of what happened 2 years ago when it was in the company's strategy. Of course ARET would like to take itself to Nasdaq - But it is certainly also clear to the company that it is not possible from the current base. They have been there tried that and did not do the reverse back then - even though it might have been attempting to get funds back then. So forget about that issue until as David says the stock is in the 30-50 cent range. I have nothing against your posts here :-) as it just gives us another opportunity to further describe the very experienced and good position ARET is in. Kr Jens
