George, I explained why Cramer's comments are looking strange to me. In addition, as well as some of his other comments, they are presenting rather genius Mr Cramer than serious analysis.

I do not understand what kind of costs "of containing of the Soviet Union" have gone down. Would you mind to explain?

Was not involved in fixed income area, hope that Cramer is insightful here. Is he great expert in Communism, China and History is a different question.
