Probably Oracle apps. Oracle apps used to be #2, people forget that. For example in Silicon Valley these companies have Oracle apps in house: Cisco, Sun, Silicon Graphics, AMD, Cadence, etc. Sap probably feels Oracle apps accounts are winable. Of course Psft could also go after this business, and now that Larry is back in apps Oracle might do something radical (ex. rumors about buying I2 - this is a new one).

I doubt anybody on Psft will switch to Sap since Psft is executing so well. I just dont know about Baan.
