Great post! But about the SEC delay. I think the news release said the new system wouldn't significantly delay the filing. Reading between the lines, I think there will be a minor delay. But if we've been patient this long, what's a few days or weeks among friends??

Incidentally, I've got the larder stocked with Fosters, so stop on by this afternoon. You deserve a cold one!!

RM, Do you know what version they got of Oracle db and applications? Oracle 8 with NCA architecture or something older? Oracle 7? SC? Just curious. I'm asking you since you had spoke with them about this (or so I recalled).
