George, If I have to wait a few months longer to acquire these last two companies and that takes us from a 50M to 100M+, so be it. Pat in Austin

I don't feel anything he said to all who attended as a PRIVATE statement. I presume you are saying that all statements, made by Joe, you do not hear directly yourself are PRIVATE statements. Joe made the announcement at the annual meeting that there were more than 4 companies looking at DCI and that in 8 weeks the company would go to one with the highest bid. Best Regards.
