one must have a nose for penny stocks, it is a dog eat dog world sometimes because of the huge profits. If David shirk was such a smart guy he would have bought in at .032 when the low was set, sorry David, maybe you should stick to your piggy bank as an investment tool.

ROSARIO...I have seen large block trades on Penny stocks on numerous occasions. You are probably right, there may be something up (good news coming, etc.), but there are other explanations. It is obvious you are an experienced trader so you will know what I am talking about. Forbes magazine recently did some research on Nasdaq trading and determined that over 40% of the daily volume on the Nasdaq was "churn"...MM's trading among themselves to create volume and price movement, hence creating investor interest in a given stock. As this regularly occurs on the Nasdaq National board and small cap issues, I am sure you are aware that it goes on to an even larger extent with the BB's, most notably Penny stocks. I personally hope you are right, and the "buys" were in anticipation of good news coming soon..Only trying to keep a balanced perspective.....Good Luck Monday...I'll be keeping an eye on PRWT, but spending most of the day trading the Net Stocks.

I can explain the 2 big buys but I'm not going to. Why? It's obvious.
