Things are moving along nicely. 10-k/10-q's filings should come out soon, since that has to happen before the call for a shareholder meeting. Audited financials on the aquired company should make that process go faster. Do be doo .......

My son Danny -- 51 hours old as I type this -- are both very pleased about this MIDL development. Danny weighs about 7 pounds, and his Dad owns more MIDLP (and MIDL and MIDLW) than Danny can contemplate at this stage, yet he is very hopeful that his Dad's investment will pay off, and he thinks there is probably more than coincidence in the timing of this news so soon after he joined us here on terra firma. Dear Gary Et Al: Thanks Gary for your continued efforts to keep us informed on Midland, this time through sharing the MIDL PR. After a long Sunday nap, I was "calmly surprised" by receiving the same MIDL PR via our E-Mail address which had been given to the company long ago. I then checked to see if the PR had been posted on this thread. This great communications start by Midland will end my planned efforts. To those who sent their E address to me, thanks. May I suggest that you now send your E address to the company. You can read the PR in question at the www address posted by Gary: newsalert.com. I catch PRs @ quote.yahoo.com but have recorded Gary's site. Anything which Gary uses will be of professional value. Also appreciate sites suggested by others. While we await the outcome of this latest matter, may I play a bit?
