Well then surely a statement to the effect that any mortgage loans they make will not be guaranteed by Belize

Why would they do that? That would be untrue. The company has told shareholders verbally, and on their website, that they stand behind their earlier PR's. I think that not putting a PR out accusing the Belize Government of a fraudulent PR, was prudent. I guess time will tell. The election in Belize should be over soon in Belize.

As far as the financials effecting the price. I think it will be positive, just because a reporting company is more valuable, then one that's not, IMO. Numbers wise, I don't think it will tell us much though, since, it's for 1997.

Rob.

We are not at step one of remediating the situation in Belize! You just don't get it, do you? The company has told you time and time again that they are NOT going to make any statements publically until after the houses are built. At that time, the Belize politicians will have something other than a possibly hollow claim to take and use for their own political gain, they will have the houses! Call John up and ask him yourself. Your infantile need for instant gratification is irrelevant here. Perhaps to YOU it may look like they are trying to duck the issue, but that is ONLY because YOU have done nothing to check out what the true situation really is, but rather have as your only goal to see the price of the stock go lower, and base your opinions on assumptions and rumor, not fact!

Why is it that you seem to believe that the old financial statement of pre-merger Purewater Sciences will have anything to do with the stock price of the post-merger Panam BanCorp? The 10Q you will see this time has absolutely nothing to do with Panam! In three months, we will see a statement that does, but for now, just forget it!
