Gary, I went to the CNH Holding Co. Thread and began reading I came across you post of Feb. 23, 1998. After reading it I am still more puzzled, help me out here, please. From the paragraph below that was part of the post linked to you indicate that it was better to leave the shipping company on the table and go with the other one. <<<The board of CNHH decided this deal was more profitable and viable anyway plus it was located within the USA so investors could visit the company.>>> Message 3505988 If the shipping company was not the way to go for CNH Holdings Co., why is it so good for Midland? I agree with what you said in the CNHH post that it would be difficult for shareholders to follow in the USA. So why does this not matter now?
