Ali, Don't know the judgement and Paul is probably sworn to secrecy. Damages due to Paul "running an investment firm" seems maybe a bit of a stretch...particularly since he's denied on this thread even having to work... My guess is that Terje was fined somewhat less than $25k and the Attorney got 40% plus expenses and ended up with well over half of the settlement. If the case wasn't taken on a contingency basis Paul might have ended up with even a less %. Jim
