Good luck, dude. The market is more likely to believe the Wall Street Journal than an authority who calls himself "Gameboy".

Monday's WSJ has a more detailed article on the IEA report indicating that every single OPEC country (including Saudi Arabia) failed to meet its cutback quota in July, and that the non-OPEC countries who promised reductions also failed to meet their targets...
