I am grateful I am a very small investor in this stock, although I have others which have done just as poorly. I was attracted to Antares because of their relative large cash position at the time. Now.......

In any case, being an infrequent poster on this thread (as befits my small investment), I suggest that management withdraw their suit, declare victory, (having scared the pants off of John and others), and find some gold.

If Antares goes ahead with the suit, although they MAY win legally, they will surely lose the loyalty, sympathy and support of many shareholders. But management, having broken the ice and actually posted on this thread, should continue and answer the questions posted to them. One posting by management leaves me dripping with anticipation for more. Who knows, I could increase my investment.
