poke fun of one another along gender lines? Bad statement. HAVE fun is the way it should be written. And, yes, people, including kids, should feel comfortable with one another, regardless of gender. And if that includes laughter at the expense of one's own or another's momentary ego bubble, then so be it. "Oooo, gender! We're so prissy! You can't comment on us 'cuz we're female." Got news for ya, lady. People are people, and all the PC crap you can blow will not change the fact that most people can live in a dual-gendered world, and (shock!) enjoy it. Maybe you need to re-read your contract with the NEA. I don't think it says that you have an obligation to ruin the lives of the children you are purportedly "teaching." jim
