We will have to agree to disagree on this one I guess. A number of penny stocks never make it to the reporting status. Sometimes it's because it's too cost and time prohibitive, sometimes it's because they have something to hide. Obviously, PRWT doesn't have a problem with either of these. As always JMO.

Your response of "having it both ways"... aren't you really talking about yourself??? :-)

If you think about it, it's best to put out a 10Q on the old company. This allows the new company to officially close the books and open the new ones. By publishing this for everyone to see, what better then to have it on record what it was, what it will be, and where it's going. Or, would you rather have them not publish a 10Q so we can listen to the likes of you for the next 3 months go on and on about not being a reporting company.
