OK now that all the emotional conflicts and beliefs have settled down all that release states is they are in negotiations and nothing has been signed not even a letter of intent. However the they have verified the audited financials and assets. All that release is for, in my opinion, is to keep investors informed of what is going on since there is no IR person. I am happy myself to hear something is going on and progressing. It states who they are in negotiations with, some information on that company and addresses certain issues about this stock. If there are no issues then there will be no motions at the shareholder meeting to vote on. Seems that no matter what they put out even if it is merely informing shareholders what is going on instead of keeping investors in the dark they can't win. Some may not like it but it is more information just the same which is more than we had Friday. Last week everyone had beliefs nothing was going on or anything. Now we know they are at least trying to do something which is more than we had last week. At least one of the negotiations has made it to a draft and a schedule closing which I am glad to know. To me keeping investors in the dark is not good in my opinion but heck if they keep us informed it is does not set well with some. Sort of dang if they do dang if they don't. If nothing else we know they are doing something and hopefully it will close on the 18th. Just remember if it is not in black and white it does not exist. GB
