Gary, you say at least we know they are doing something. All who have a lot of money on the line are very anxious and have the right to be. I realize this is upsetting to you but we want answers, not appeasement; we are adults with great concerns. If Mr. Pierce wants to do something to establish creditability with the shareholders, then let him make good on the promised bonus preferred shares. If this is not possible to do; EXPLAIN WHY. This is a reasonable request; that would be a start. It appears he has held them up and for what reason? We all appreciate being informed but we want what you call "meat and potato's" information. We are not interested in a recycled company that has not signed anything of a definite substance. You yourself have stated many times "intents" are meaningless; yet you issue a meaningless press release under the guise of informing us. You are upset because we are not happy with your press release of Sunday Aug. 9th. How could we be; it only created more questions and concerns than answers. There has to be more to all of this mess than the "flock" are being told. No one but you are given any answers from the very person you want us to place unquestionable trust in. There are many intelligent people on this thread that are tired of being lead down the garden path; so to speak. We are getting conflicting information. We are told the DF-144 deal is dead. Then last night it seems I read where it is possible that it is not dead. What is the real truth here? There are many who are unhappy about the discussion taking place on the thread. Some say it is counter productive; when is TRUTH ever COUNTERPRODUCTIVE? People can deal with facts and truth but the constant deception that has take place is deplorable and inexcusable. You say we are being informed and just don't like what we hear. That is not the case... I believe it is because many are now seeing things just a little clearer than than we did before and don't like what we are seeing. Facts and Truth is always best. You better than anyone, know this and have stated the same. We the shareholders NEED to know what is really going on. Respectfully submitted, Dusty
