Dusty, you need to go back and read some of the posts to you. You cannot get the split shares until the ceiling is raised on the cap. DF has made the float bigger, so when the split hits it and 50% more trys to get dished out it blows through the cap. Only a shareholder vote can increase the cap.

Good Grief ... You get informed and you raising sands. Read the filings. Your answers are there. Shot they put out a release and you call it deception ... Whatever!

One of these days people are going to learn to read the filings and news releases. You group of naysayers have fun .. Me I am going to stick to the filings and all. Your beliefs are your beliefs.
