>>PERRAULT vp marketing = good news

yes, it would have been...the company confirmed this morning that William Perrault is no longer associated with Alpha Software...the burning question is that the Rabins went out of their way to advise the shareholders in their Report to Shareholders released in Spring '98 that WIlliam Perrault was named VP Marketing, Alpha...Q: What happened?...according to Alpha, this morning, that the strategic direction of the Company was incompatible with William Perrault???!!! ...when he was just named VP Marketing in a 5/98 Annual Report [outlining SoftQuad's new strategic direction and Alpha experienced their restructuring in Q4 '97???!!! We have unequivocally shaken out a smoking gun...accordingly, we stand by our concern regarding Alpha Software's marketing management esp in light of ONLINE merchant, which should simply be HUGE...Alpha is missing it's most important leader...in the meantime the BID-ASK size is 400 shares by 7000...a slight [selling pressure] order imbalance...contemporaneous with a [never formally disclosed] possible NASDAQ delisting...given management's silence on now many material situation's (NASDAQ, WebFiler, SoftQuad's Inc's 'spin-off' Canadian no-name investment banker, Perrault, Sachs, ...) we are becoming very concerned about the integrity of this management team and their ability to maximize SoftQuad's shareholder value.
