I have not heard those rumors recently. My personal opinion is that it would happen in 2 to 3 years. The stock is very cheap down hear from a valuation stand point and I have been buying. Furman Selz has a mid 70 target. If the market can hang in there I think we see 70 by thanksgiving. Once again, this is my opinion based on a 17 multiple on next years earnings.

I have heard from ?? reliable sources that CNC is being bot out.

The recent price action doesn't seem to support this.
