OK, what am I missing here. This stock traded as low as 3 1/2 today. With current assets of $25 Million and TOTAL liabilities of about $7 Million, the realistic liquidation value is $3 per share. Based on this, you get the business for less than a point. The low end of the earnings estimate is $.25 per share for F98... $.40 for F99. Looks like value to me.
