How much were these wells now being capped actually producing? Recently someone posted a stat about a well being capped every few minutes. Since it hasn't made a difference to date, I assume these wells were producing something less than a trickle.

Also remember that despite the slowdown in exploration, new wells are coming on line (in the GOM?), and they will be producing at a much greater rate, I assume.
