Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) fell 1-15/16 to 110-5/8 after warning sales of Windows NT 5.0 will suffer because Novell Inc. (NOVL) is releasing new software designed for the corporate network.

The translation goes something like: "We suck more than Monica, we'll probably never get this Directory Services stuff to work right, and Novell is going to kick our ass all over the field for the next year or two."
