The 600K buy that just went through might explain the MM activity. It looks like they wanted to pick up this large limit order.

As of 1pm EDT, bid 3.8 cents, ask 4 cents, volume 4,907,800, 135 trades, average trade 36,354 shares. 2 million shares bought during lunch. Excellent buying opportunity here before the news. I am holding strong. MM's playing there games to get cheap shares before the next run. Good Luck
