Daniel, Yes, things must have changed at EDS. Les and his crew were always preaching the EDS philosophy of, Pay for Performance, work hard, stay in the center of ethics, etc., etc.... Apparently, the top dogs think it does not apply to them. I know the "good-ol-boy" method of selection has been a long standing way of doing business within EDS. You would think that upper management could see the damage they are doing to the company by this flagrant abuse of power. You mentioned the bonuses in the Silicon Valley. I'm sure that few CEOs that would take a company's stock from 63 to 29 would be cashing in on stock options. Maybe this will work out in the long run. It is interesting that they are talking about hiring two people. (Shades of Calpers) Dan
