Dave: tt looks like the financing is finally coming on-line. I am very excited to see that as I am sure most are but what bothers me is that TPP doesn't believe there has been compliance. IR tells me there has been. How do you think this continuing saga and the supposed impending suit for damages will affect TT? Should I not be too concerned about this and focus on the financing and the plants they are building? It does look like they are working hard to make this successful. Thank you. James
