Hi Gary,

I was glad to see the news release this morning, even though I recognized Noble House from CNHH. I am pretty surprised by the
reaction on this thread. Since I did not follow CNHH, as possibly
others on this thread, could you give me your impression of Noble House as it relates to the following questions?

Why is it taking them so long to go public? Are they driving a hard
bargain, and now found a company that can't say no to their offer?

Who audited their financials, and would the results of the audit change significantly if done by someone like Arthur Anderson according
to Generally Accepted Accounting Practices in the USA?

Thanks in advance,

ER

Gary; Nice Web Site Man!! It's great. Now I see what You have been doing when not trying to help MIDL get straightened out. Have a nice evening, Frank.

JMO,

Everyone is really uptight right now but if this goes thru then all the complaints are for nothing aren't they? It's only next Tuesday to wait and this is only going to (possibly) happen so fast because of the history of Noble and midl that no one likes. Noble has simply been shopping for the best deal haven't they? Left midl for cnhh then CNHH left them for a better deal? That is correct isn't it?

I think Gabard did the right thing by helping with the release. He knows what info. we are looking for. Like someone said we wanted to know what they where doing now we do. Why Mark chose him is obvious because he is in the middle of this mess just like Fisher. They are directly involved on oposite sides of this legal issue. I am not a cheerleader for Gary but this is my opinion and I would be glad to see him do the next one also. People proof read for all kinds of reasons, technical expertise or other. I completely appreciate companies who won't notify on LOintent and only deals done. Is our situation not a little diferent though? I think so. If we already had anything else going I agree that it would have been hype only.

We needed news, of course we need it to come to fluition. I'm just glad to see they included the Tuesday part. For all anyone here knows that could have been from Gary prodding Mark. Who knows?

Just a JMO,
Best Fishes.

near the bottom of your post:

. I have learned one thing and that is the internet does not understand doing something for free or dealing with facts so I am looking into doing it for a living and NOT based on a free good intention scenario either.

So am I to assume your are gonna be a PAID company shill?
