NOT TO JEFF GARLAND PERSONALLY

Okay, I know nobody cares about this, and I don't expect you to, but, I paid my SI dues, and intend on exercising a little free speech here. Here is my take on a Number of issues:

I think that the news release should be read by everyone, at the very least, twice. I know it helped me to read it again. No where in the news release does it say that a definitive agreement had been reached.

Yes, it is the type of news release we have all sworn against. But I truly do not think this was an intentional ploy to generate interest in the stock. There are far too many people with their eyes on this stock right now for anyone to try to pull anything funny, imo. I think that the shareholders were hungry for news, and they simply put out a release stating what they were doing. I think someone on this thread said that a release saying "Hey, we are still here" would earn his appreciation, so at least there is one person other than myself who is generally happy about the release.

I, too, would have liked to have seen an update on the Liquidating Trust, and where the action against Fisher was in the process, and the status of the stop transfers, etc. included in the news release as well. But, it wasn't. It could be because there is nothing new to report, but I admit, just saying "there is nothing new to report" would have been nice too.

As far as CNHH is concerned, they really don't have anything to do with this; they are quietly operating the rig service business, and simply going about the business of their company. It will be a wonderful day when Midland can do the same.

I don't blame anyone in the least bit for wanting to DD to death anything that goes on with this stock. However, I think it is premature to cast judgement, because the DD has not been done on Noble House, and heck, a deal has not even been made yet. There are still WAY TOO MANY VARIABLES involved for anyone here to carry an educated opinion, and those who profess to have one are blowing smoke, or hot air, whichever you prefer.

I think that the fact that someone wants to wager on whether or not this deal will go thru, (which again, no one, to my knowledge, has said it will) only adds insult to injury to those who have lost money on this stock. It is those of us who have held this stock for all of this time who are making the ultimate wager.

This thread today, from what I have read, has gotten ridiculous. From the cut and paste, to the now regular innuendos, to the personal attacks of both the company people and of each other has led me to only one conclusion. Intelligent discussion with some individuals on this thread is not possible, because some individuals lack a fundamental element of intelligent conversation: Intelligence.
To those people, I will no longer respond.

Don't get me wrong, there are some people who do post things of value and merit to the thread, whether they be positive or negative (namely, imo, Gary, Jeff G, Alan, H-Man, Jeff Harrington, Jeff Rainey, Dusty,<dont be so surprised>, Jimbo, and I know I have missed a bunch of folks too, but its late). Those people are appreciated and some even respected by most of us here. It's just those other guys I can do without. It has nothing to do with making a negative point on the stock. It has more to do with the disruptive nature of their presence.

:-)
