Though I applaud your efforts, it seems a bit late.

The merger is "supposed" to be completed just 5 days from now.

So, it could be completed before the financials are released. But, I suppose they would have to be in the process of completing the merger, anyway.

Still, better late than never, as there certainly could be more delays.
