Richard, Your options will trade as they are until the deal is set in concrete. That often takes a lot longer than anyone expects.

Because this is an odd ratio, not 1 to 1, I suspect the exchange will simply trade the Cliffs Drilling shares marking the price relative to changes in R&B Falcon. The other alternative, giving you a very odd number of options struck at 11 and change just doesn't look manageable, IMHO. They can go either way, but I am guessing the former.

BTW, congrats and I suspect you will be called before the deal is ever done.
