Hello Dad

Glad to hear that your trip was enjoyable. I'm not sure what to think at this time. Still alittle unnerved about the big H problem, does that mean all of the prior deals with Hawthore and going down hill( I guess that ? is for Sheldon ) As far as the price increase that's allways good now I'm glad I doubled up my postition at .14 ( adv@ .21 now ) So it we see the pump and dump one more time I will be ready. Has anyone heared about a shareholder meeting this year, Should be moving back to the states this year .

Take care Douglas

P.S. thanks Sheldon !!!!

Douglas Kieffer,
About the H Group. Steve was telling me that he has maitained a good relationship with Wendell Clemons (Wendell is still an allie)of the Hawthrone Group. Steve feels that the projects brought to PFCK as a result of prior negotiations will still be carried forth by PFCK. "Who else is qualified and set up to develop these projects?"...Steve says.
According to what I gathered from Steve, looks like The H Group will be retained for consulting purposes. Until news is out.....Sheldon

Well, I got in at the .20's so I'm making a slight paper profit as of 08/10/98. When I first jumped into this stock I loved the idea of an Eastside Reservoir housing prospects. However, with the pump and dump "feel" during the Spring (rising to 1.47 in the period of about a week) it has made me realize that this stock could be questionable. The Hawthorne Fallout has made me question the stock's deals w/companies supposedly influxing large sums of investment into Peacock. Anyhow, the cancellation of the "Reg S" shares is a definite plus, as with the Brownsfield 75% and finalization of the Linzy Capital acquire. Just like Douglas has all fields covered, i'm just waiting for another 'pump and dump' before I pull most of my investment out.

Glad to hear you had a good time. This weekend, I actually went with my lady to Yosemite, then a trip to Reno, where I quadrupled my playing money at the craps table. Heheheheh.
