Tremendous news today! ALYA has just signed with two more very
reputable North American distributors for another $1.5 MILLION US.
They now have 12 distributors (6 in North America, 5 in Europe and 1
in South America) with intentions to sell $6,500,000 of ALYA
products annually. And we are only half way there for this year alone!
They still expect another 8 reputable distributors still so that $6,500,000
is going to rise quite rapidly in the next few days, weeks and months.

The exposure ALYA will now have in the US and ASIA by the new
distributors signed today is tremendous!

Hold on to your horses, I think we may see a run today...

1) North American Basic, LLC., is an association of
Independent Controls Contractors (ICC) with 43
Associated Members with an estimated combined revenue of $150,000,000.
They have signed an agreement with ALYA for an anticipated $1,000,000 per year of sales.

The HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) equipment and
controls industry is experiencing unprecedented changes generated by
the need for bundled customer solutions. North American Basic
originated from the premise that by combining the economic and
intellectual resources of each ICC Associate, everyone would be better
positioned to meet the market demands. ALYA will benefit from product
exposure through each of the 43 Associates (throughout the USA)
while being able to channel information through one central location.

2) TecLON provides systems, peripherals and support for the
Building Systems Integration market in Southeast Asia.
The company has signed an agreement with ALYA for an anticipated $500,000 per year of sales.

TecLON is focused on providing interoperable (stand-alone and
networked) systems to large Commercial buildings and is committed to
provide state of the art products based on industry accepted standards
such as LonWorks. TecLON provides software and configuration for
integrated network management and device control along with panels and
components required for fully integrated systems. As a division of DCS
International, TecLON has provided systems, support and products for
numerous high rise and large commercial projects including government complexes,
office buildings, condominium projects, schools,
hotels and theme parks both domestically and overseas.

Good Luck,

Essam.

Thanks James. This indeed is a great stock that I plan on holding for a long time. Maybe we will have the same discussion 1-2 years from now when ALYA is about to make it's 1st stock split ;)
