In regards to "Hey suckers," I spoke at length Friday with Jennifer, the investor liason at CCSI corporate. I asked her numerous questions about the "deal" including questions like, "Just exactly what does the word "soon" mean?; What does the term "final stage negotiations mean?; When will they be finalized?; Does soon mean 1 to 2 weeks or 2 to 3 months?" She was definitely a tough nut to crack. All of these questions were answered with the response," I repeat, we are in final stage negotiations with major distributors and there will be an announcement soon." The only thing I was able to gain as far as somewhat valuable information was that at one point I simply stated that I believed that Darby Macfarlane and this whole situation from an investor's view could be placed in only one of three categories: 1) She is a liar and there is no deal, 2) She is crazy, a lunatic and has delusions of grandeur, or 3) She is telling the absolute truth and there will be a major distribution deal announced very soon. When I said this, Jennifer did not hesitate in any way, but simply said (rather sharply)," I know Darby and I've seen who is going in and out of her office, I can assure you, it's number 3, she's telling the truth." She didn't even have to think about this answer; it was candid, unequivocal, and sure in its sincerety of tone. If she didn't believe what she was saying then she should have won an academy award, because I don't think many people could fake that sort of conviction. Maybe someone should hire a private investigator to see who goes in and out of her office. Anyway, for what its worth, I believe her and until someone proves there isn't a deal coming, I will continue to believe that one is coming....soon. Matt Black
