Anyway, for what its worth, I believe her and until someone proves there isn't a deal coming, I will continue to believe that one is coming....soon. They're drawing up the paperwork, most of the negotiations having already been finished. Posted on June 13 Ms. MacFarlane said the following and I quote: "WE'VE BEEN IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH SEVERAL MAJOR INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS AND THE NEGOTIATIONS ARE DONE. MY PART'S OVER AND NOW IT'S JUST UP TO THE ATTORNEYS TO FINALIZE ALL THE PAPERWORK. I THINK ALL THE INVESTORS WILL BE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL. IN FACT, THEY WOULD BE ECSTATIC AT THE REALITY OF WHERE WE ARE IF THEY ONLY KNEW WHAT I KNOW AS I'M SPEAKING TO YOU!" end of quote. Matt etal, News release from SPRX regarding patent on Bilichek disposables. go2net.newsalert.com For those of you familiar with the CCSI portfolio, could this patent be used as a barrier to competition? It is common in the industry. Once again, SPRX continues to execute while CCSI continues to promise (funny how things remain the same, thank you, Matt!). << until someone proves there isn't a deal coming, I will continue to believe that one is coming....soon.>> I'm confident there'll eventually be a deal ("soon," however would be last February), but it'll probably be for the usual 8% licensing fee. Many moons ago I raised the question about the implications of this but no response was forthcoming, possibly because the two camps have taken such rigid positions. Maybe what the stock is now selling for is about what it's worth with the typical 8% royalty. . . . And sorry to interrupt the productive name-calling.
