Actually, Janice, SEXI appears to be much more extreme than MTEI. Perhaps this is more appropriate:

Cease and desist is in the cards IF any wrong doing is found and IF it is only erroneous statements in the PRs, IMO.

Your stretching this comparison Janice. SEXI put out PR's saying they had contracts with large firms. When in fact they didn't. Out right fraud, hardly comparable to a squabble over "estimated" land values as we appear to have here, with MTEI.
