Great work Eric! Same companies who bought 5% of DSC picked up 20% of PAIR. What this means exactly is anyone's guess. But if history is any indication...

Not to downplay your sleuthing skills, Eric. But if you found this, why haven't the Wall Street boys noticed this and floated another buyout rumor? FWIW I don't believe in coincidence. I think it may be time to (finally) average down. God help me John
