In Jack's mind (apparently) he was starting an oil company - the stock broker side of the equation was secondary. Look, Graystone, it is either that OR Jack IS scamming. You have no proof that Jack scammed anybody and believe me your logic is pretty damn twisted yourself. Either explanation is logical and viable when looking at that one fact. But what is the benefit of continuing operations at this point if it is a scam? What is the advantage - face it Jack is not ACTING like a scam, he is acting like an oil man. If he was a scam, why put out the investor packs, why buy more property, why even have offices at all. If what you are contending is true, Jack would have long ago packed up and moved out of the country. WHY? Because the SEC is investigating him. If he is a fraud, they WILL find out and WILL prosecute and he WILL go to jail. If he is the fraud you say he is, he knows this and will be shredding papers and packing his bags as we speak. After all, according to your version, he has already made his $3MM and its sitting in an offshore account. Why stick around? There is the question? Why stick around? I really don't think they have Jack's picture posted at Hobby Airport. do you? I really do not know why you can not let this story unfold through official channels. One way or the other the truth will be known. Enough of your innuendos and conspiracy theories. Enough, it serves absolutely NO PURPOSE. Notice how calm this thread was will you were "taking your break". We had constructive discussions on pertinent issues with no hype or bash. That is the way it should be.
