I have maintained for some time that 40% to 50% of PRWT is owned by fewer people than can fit in a large SUV. These large shareholders are not selling on news or + or - .02 A day like today is irrelevant. Almost all large shareholders have a year + or - time horizon. Almost all have done sufficient DD to have confidence in the CEO and the potential of the company. Most are certain that PRWT has what it takes to trade at or above .20 Almost all are confident that the company will grow its way out of the large float problem.
