Aus -

Despite my being bitten I'm thinking of getting back in the water again. I mean we're getting nearnet worth and surely Eli can get a salesperson to acutally sell something just before Xmas?

And what about the MMC cardand Nokia and others and the judge in the Lexar suite seem's he's going to make Lexar work for their position rather tyhan just dismiss. I can't believe that Lexar attorneys thought they would get away with it bacause if they were going to negotiate a settlement they'll have a worse deal this week than last week!!!!

Regards,

L

IMHO, The Lexar news will force a settlement and or a court case which will be in favor of Sandisk.... Yes, we keep getting good or favorable news and the stock does not react. I believe the Lexar suit was what started the downtrend and has kept it down. With this info now out, the smarter money will see a solution on the horizon. We may have found the bottom. I am looking for a sign on Wednesday. Good luck to us all who are long.

Tom
