Tom,

Being in the semiconductor market with a substantial exposure to Asia is what sent SNDK on its downward spiral. The Lexar suit may have hastened the process, but I doubt it was that influential. Lexar is some small private company that the street has never heard of. And it seems as if the litigation is just getting started here so hang onto your hats.

I am glad the ruling was in favor of SNDK, but then I have been confident about the patent portfolio all along. It has a sterling record thus far. I am cautiously optimistic about the legal proceedings. It still remains an unknown quantity.
