Mr Beeks has indicated to me that most of the executives anyway
have closed out their option positions between 1 1/4 and 1 3/8
over the last week or so. Consequentially I have been buying
back my position that I sold at 2 7/16 after the last conference
call. I was able to buy a couple of thousand at 1 3/16 on July
31st and Aug. 4th, guessing we were near a bottom. Then I bought
another couple of thousand at 1 7/16 on Aug 6th after hearing the
above from Mr. Beeks and am still buying more here under 1 1/2.

Funny you should mention that. I did not mention this earlier as I
don't know the whole story, but in one of my first meetings with
Beeks I caught a glance of several $10,000.00 checks he had signed
by a K. Starr. But given Beeks history, I wouldn't be surprised
if he hadn't set up the whole Monica affair.
