DiviCom allows DirecTV to offer new services.........

The new LABC is expected to be fully operational in the second quarter of next year, and it will offer redundancy to the Castle Rock Broadcast Center, as well as supporting new business opportunities, DiviCom said.

Scientific Atlanta article - very interesting stuff, including the fact that they are selling at 22.5 times 1998 earnings estimate, and analyst consensus is for 25% growth in earnings for FY99 and a 5-year annual growth rate of 22%. Cube is selling at a lower 1998 multiple (15.4) and per Yahoo analyst estimates, earnings should grow 26.1% next year and 26.6% over the next five years. In the words of Rodney Dangerfield - "No respect."
