Joe,

I wander if the business trip to Florida has anything to do with WACC. Looking forward to their response to your questions. When was Sr. VP due back?

Joe and all,

Just spoke to Max P Cawal: The questions I asked and the answers are from my best recollection of our conversation.

Question #1 When will the SEC 10K be filed? Sometime in September.

Question #2 When will we be listed on Nasdaq BB? 90 to 120 days after SEC 10K filing but we have no control when exactly we will be listed.

Question #3 When will the Web Site be up. Not a priority at this point.

Question #4 How many outstanding shares? Approx. 40 million

Question #5 How many shares held by insiders. Approx 1/3 of outstanding.

Question #6 How many shares in public float. Approx 26 million

Question #7 Will you be adding to outstanding shares. Not planned at this time

Question #8 When you you start construction. Approx 120 days we will begin horizontal construction paving, landscaping etc.

Question #9 When will you start construction of golf villas? Approx.
120 day after horizontal construction.

Question #10 Is a reverse split still in the works. The board still
leaves that open as a viable business strategy for acquiring business's with less shares. I expressed my displeasure and the reasons. Time will tell.

Max was matter of fact kind of guy. No hype just answered questions as they were asked. He assured me company was making business decisions to increase shareholder value.
