T, My best guess is that another contract has been signed by the JV that will produce $200 million in revenues thus the need for the additional switches. From what I can gather the revenues from EDGE and LOCUS are increasing every month to the point they are bursting at the seams. (the last phrase may be considered hype) They simply need more capacity. You have to be impressed with DCI and Joe when you consider how much the revenues have increased and the infrastructure that has been built in Europe with limited funds over the last 2 years.
