Does anyone receive Mutual Fund Forcaster? They usually have a section on the size of the average mutual fund's Cash Reserves. Historically, they've been about 180 degrees out of phase with the market - Heavy in cash at bottoms and light at the tops. Sort of an Anti-AIM theory!!!

One could almost guess that they self determine the short term direction of the market. When they are light on Cash, they can't support the market valuations. When they're heavy in cash, they can buy heavily when they (usually as a group) all decide it's time for the pain to be over.

Best regards, Tom

I did manage to add to my TWCUX account yesterday. Just a small buy, but it shows up nicely on the correct side of the Moving Average! That's always nice to see.

Market looks happier today. Maybe they heard about the Idiot Wave dropping two points!

Best regards, Tom
